IQF frozen strawberries are made from fully ripe fruit picked at the peak of the Egyptian season and frozen within hours, keeping their natural red colour and sweet flavour. An ideal product for juice, dairy, bakery and retail.

02Whole strawberries in 15–25 mm and 25–35 mm, sliced, diced, and crushed or purée at 7–9 °Brix. Grades A and B according to end use, calyx removed and colour defects below 5%.
03The product is available year-round, with peak quality and volumes during —. Weekly supply programmes are agreed with the buyer before the season to secure the required volumes and sizes, with forward contracting available for the busiest windows.
04Retail bags of 400 g and 1 kg, 10 kg industrial cartons with inner polyethylene liners, and 200 kg drums for purée. Private-label printing available.
05Washing and optical sorting, then IQF freezing at −35 °C and storage at −18 °C or below. 24-month shelf life, shipped in reefer containers with continuous temperature logging from HACCP / ISO 22000 / BRC-certified plants.
