Mangoes are tropical fruits known for their fragrant flesh and distinctive flavour, with handling tailored to maturity.

Egyptian mangoes are among the finest in the world thanks to unique local varieties, rich aromatic flavour and, in many types, fibre-free flesh. A short, abundant summer season runs from June to October.

02Ewais, Fons, Zebda, Sedika and Timour, plus Keitt and Kent for sea freight thanks to their firmness. Weights from 250 to 700 g, Class I with total soluble solids of at least 12–14 °Brix at harvest.
03The product is available June – October, with peak quality and volumes during July – September. Weekly supply programmes are agreed with the buyer before the season to secure the required volumes and sizes, with forward contracting available for the busiest windows.
044–5 kg single-layer cartons with paper or foam dividers, and 3 kg premium retail cartons with a net sleeve per fruit. Brand and PLU labels available.
05Hot-water treatment against fruit fly per destination requirements, then cooling at 10–13 °C and 85–90% humidity. Shelf life is 2–3 weeks for firm varieties, with controlled ethylene ripening possible at destination.
